It is important to us that your experience here be an enjoyable one. Please let us know if there is anything our team can do to accommodate you while in our Spa areas.We work as a team, and are pleased when clients feel comfortable to work with all members. If your regular technician is not available at the time you desire an appointment, or if you would simply enjoy a fresh point of view, please feel free to schedule an appointment with whomever you wish.

All prices of Agape Day Spa are subject to change without notice. Spa prices do not include gratuity - Gratuities are appreciated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full-service fees.

All will agree, time is our most valuable asset. When we reserve space on our appointment schedule, our time and services are for you. If that time becomes non productive, there is a loss to the operation of our team. The spa needs to pay our therapists even if a client is a “no-show”. This policy allows us to retain great employees. We do our best to fill these openings-just like you, we’d much prefer to have another guest take your place than charge for a cancellation. Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule a treatment. Any “No-shows” will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled for all massage & facials, and anywhere from $15-$50 on laser depending on area.As a courtesy, we provide reminder calls & texts 24-48 hours in advance of your scheduled time to remind you of your appointment. These calls are a courtesy and failure to receive your call is not a valid reason for a ‘no show’. Please confirm we have your correct information on file to insure a successful confirmation/reminder process.

We do recommend that an appointment is made in advance, however, we do accept walk-in clients if time allows.

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to handle any paperwork if you are a first time client, or to get situated & ready for your experience.

Cash, personal checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted at Agape Day Spa. Gift Certificates have a six month to one-year expiration date and are for services only. No exceptions. A $20.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Gift certificates must be presented in order to receive your services, please give them to the receptionist prior to starting your services. Gift Certificates have a 6 month - 1 year expiration date from the date of purchase. No exceptions.

In order to provide a tranquil atmosphere for our clients, please do not bring small children to the spa during your scheduled appointment as we are not able to care for them during your stay. Also, please turn off cell phones and pagers. We ask that you be considerate of other guests and speak softly while in the spa areas. We recommend that you leave valuable items, i.e. jewelry, at home or in your purse as the spa is not responsible for items left behind.
